Krion provides tools that help you describe, generate, refine, and deploy software applications. You may use the service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
Output generated by Krion is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated application before deploying it. We do not guarantee that any generated output will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
You agree not to use Krion to generate content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, harasses others, or otherwise causes harm. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
Krion and its underlying technology are owned by us. Applications you create with Krion belong to you, subject to any third-party rights. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Fees, credits, and plan features are described on our pricing page. We may change our fees with reasonable notice. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your generated applications may connect to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
You may stop using Krion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we determine is appropriate, with or without notice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krion and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Krion operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
